- 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbs nutritional yeast
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend for a couple of minutes, until it is really smooth and creamy. Transfer to a saucepan and heat.
